This meeting presents an excellent opportunity to share scientific knowledge and build professional networks on a global scale.

The online abstract submission for INVITED TALKS will be available in due course.

  • Presenting authors must complete registration by the above deadline. Abstracts will not be included in the final program or proceedings if registration and payment are not completed by this date.

    • You can apply for the oral presentation where you will have an opportunity to present your work directly to the audience at the conference.
  • Poster Presentation

    • Interesting and inspiring studies related to audiology will be displayed in the poster session. Also, abstracts of exceptional qualities can be requested to be presented orally.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submission
  • Abstract can only be submitted online through the official website.
    Abstract submission by email or fax will not be accepted.
  • Submission of an abstract implies that it has been approved by all listed authors.
Language
  • English
Title
  • The title may not exceed 30 words.
  • Refrain from using abbreviations in the title.
Author
  • Given names and surnames for all co-authors must be provided.
  • Do not include degrees or titles.
Institution
  • List all authors' affiliations by department, institution, and country.
Contents
  • Contents may be organized as the author sees fit, though they should include the purpose of the study, the methods used, a summary of the results and the conclusion reached. Please include concrete results, and avoid “research is in progress” or “results will be discussed.”
  • The contents may not exceed 300 words.
  • All abbreviations must be defined in first use. Only standard abbreviations may be used without definition. Data must be given in units widely used in literature (the international metric system is preferred).
  • Abstracts will be reproduced exactly as submitted and will not be edited in any way.
    The authors are responsible for all spelling, grammatical or scientific errors.
  • Modifications may be made at any time until the abstract submission deadline.
Keywords
  • Three keywords must be entered.
Originality
  • Abstracts must be original and must not have been published at the time of abstract submission.
Conflicts of Interest
  • To avoid any commercial bias, all authors must disclose conflicts of interest in the presentation.
Copyright
  • The content belongs to the author(s). By submitting the abstract, the author(s) also grant Politzer Society Meeting free of charge the non-exclusive right to edit, publish, display, distribute, store the abstract and make all types of derivative works in all forms, formats, and media, now known or hereinafter developed.
  • The authors retain the right, after presentation, to subsequently include the work in articles, books, or derivative works that he/she authors or edits, provided said use does not imply the endorsement of the Politzer Society Meeting.
    1. Abstract withdrawal is only permitted if notified in writing to scientific@politzer2026.org.com and confirmed by the secretariat within 14 days of notification of acceptance.
    2. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to withdraw any abstracts that do not meet the scientific standards of Politzer 2026 Seoul at any point before or after acceptance.

Notification of Acceptance

The scientific committee will review the abstracts, and the notification of acceptance will be sent from July 1, 2026 along with presentation instructions.
If your abstract is accepted, please be sure that the presenting author registers for Politzer 2026 Seoul by the presenting author’s registration deadline.
If the presenting author does not register and pay in full by this date, the abstract will not be included in the program.

Copyright Protection

All materials presented and/or published at the 35th Politzer Society Meeting are valuable research assets. The Organizing Committee of the 35th Politzer Society Meeting strictly prohibits duplication, reproduction, storage and/or transmission for any commercial purpose.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, transmission, and commercial use of any presented and/or published materials of the 35th Politzer Society Meeting is a serious offense of copyright infringement, and upon violation of such conducts, the Organizing Committee may take civil and criminal legal actions against them.

This “Privacy Policy” explains the collection, use, and disclosure of “personal information” by the 35th Politzer Society Meeting (Politzer 2026 Seoul). Following the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (the “Information and Communications Network Act”), revised on September 30, 2011, this Privacy Policy also explains our commitment to preventing the misuse and abuse of personal information. As used in this policy, “personal information” means information that can identify an individual directly or indirectly, such as your name, email address, telephone number, IP address, or other online identifiers. We collect membership information to provide better services to our users.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

We collect information solely for the purpose of providing services to our members and facilitating our communication with them. We do not collect or use personal information for any other purposes. The personal information provided to us by members makes it possible for us to deliver, based on it, more useful information selectively.

Emails and Newsletters

We use the personal information you provide when subscribing to our newsletter to respond to your request and to send communications related to conference news and events. Newsletters are sent only to users who have provided explicit consent to receive them.

Registered Users

When you register for a user account, you may be required to provide personal information such as your real name and email address. This information allows us to maintain your membership, assist with password recovery, and contact you for conference-related updates. Any other collection or use of personal information not described in this Privacy Policy will occur only with prior notice and consent.

2. Range of Personal Information

We collect only the minimum information reasonably necessary to provide services, including name, country, telephone number, and email address. Personal information may also be collected when subscribing to newsletters, contacting us, or registering for conference participation.

3. Maintenance and Disuse of Personal Information

Information provided through our website, or collected through the use of our website, will not be used for marketing or advertising purposes, nor shared voluntarily without permission unless legally required. We will maintain personal information as long as the user continues receiving services. Upon request for account deletion, all personal information will be permanently deleted from our database, ensuring that it cannot be accessed or used thereafter.

4. Range of Cookie Use

When members visit our site, cookies may be used only for essential and functional purposes, such as browser type, monitor information, operating system version, or login-related data. Cookies are not used to collect personally identifiable information for analytics or advertising purposes.

5. Security Management for Personal Information

We have implemented reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access or unlawful processing. However, no website can completely eliminate security risks. A prominent notice will be posted if a security breach occurs. We never ask members for their passwords. Users are encouraged to keep their login information secure and may enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance account protection.

6. Data Usage Policy

Our Data Usage Policy explains how we maintain and use information collected through our website and server logs, including when logging in with a conference ID.

Non-Personal Browsing Information We Collect

Our servers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. While this information may be considered personal information under applicable laws, we use it only for internal purposes—understanding website usage, improving our systems, and administering the website.

No Linking

We do not intentionally link browsing information or server logs to the personal information you submit.

No Selling or Sharing.

We do not sell or voluntarily share browsing data with third parties except where required by law.

No Retention

The conference discards nonpersonal browsing information from our server logs once we have used the information for the limited purposes noted above, under “No Linking.” Notice If we are required to provide a third party with your nonpersonal browsing information, then, we will use reasonable means to notify you promptly of that event, unless we are prohibited by law from doing so or are otherwise advised not to notify you on the advice of legal counsel. Any other non-personal information that we collect that is not described specifically in this Privacy Policy will only be collected and used in accordance with the principles.

7. Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will also revise the Effective Date below. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about how we are protecting the personal information we collect. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any updates.

8. Responsibility for Security Breach

Members are responsible for the security of the passwords for their membership accounts. We never ask its members for their passwords, either through mail or any other methods. Under no circumstances should you ever disclose your password. We ask that you pay particular attention when you are logged in, to ensure that your personal information is not divulged to others. 1. General Information

Your use of https://www.politzer2026.org (hereinafter, the “Website”) is subject to these terms and conditions (the “Master Terms”) and any other legal notices applicable to the Website (collectively, the “Additional Terms”). Together, the Master Terms and Additional Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Politzer 2026 Seoul (collectively, the “Terms”). In case of conflict between the Master Terms and Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall take precedence for the Website to which they apply.

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. The Website is operated by Politzer 2026 Seoul from facilities in Korea. Politzer 2026 Seoul does not represent that the Website is available or appropriate for use in other locations. Users accessing the Website from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the Website to:

Content You Provide: You may submit only Content you own, is public domain, or for which you have permission. Content must not infringe third-party rights, including copyright or privacy. You agree not to submit any PII. Politzer 2026 Seoul may remove Content at its discretion and is not responsible for backups of your submissions.

Use of Content: You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any Content on the Website. Politzer 2026 Seoul does not guarantee that Content does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Registered Users

By registering, you represent that you are of the age of majority in your jurisdiction or over 14 with guardian consent.

Security: You must provide accurate information, maintain password security, update your registration, and are responsible for all actions on your account. Accounts may not be created on behalf of others.

Termination: Accounts terminate upon breach of Terms. Politzer 2026 Seoul may modify, suspend, or terminate accounts or Services at its discretion, including for inactivity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Services are provided “as-is” without warranties. Politzer 2026 Seoul does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that servers are free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

Politzer 2026 Seoul is not liable for Content posted on the Website or for your use of the Website Services.

11. Privacy Policy

Politzer 2026 Seoul will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

12. Copyright Complaints

Users must not submit, upload, or transmit materials that infringe others’ intellectual property rights.

13. Termination of this Agreement

Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or Politzer 2026 Seoul. Access terminates automatically upon breach. Politzer 2026 Seoul may suspend, modify, or terminate Services at its discretion and will use reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes not caused by a breach.

14. Miscellaneous Terms

These Master Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Politzer 2026 Seoul relating to this subject matter and supersede all prior, contemporaneous, and future communications. These Terms of Use are Effective as of November 6, 2025.
